FOUNDERS

Peter Walbridge (he/him), Creative Director

Over the past two decades I’ve guided diverse teams of partners in branding, advertising, graphics, web design, and video projects as a Creative Director and Brand Manager focused on the nonprofit and foundation sector. Spending over ten years at the Sierra Club, I created, staffed, and motivated the in-house design and video studio for the largest environmental organization in the country. I’ve been honored to work alongside many smart colleagues, deliver hundreds of branded projects on deadline, and make the world a bit better at the same time.

CLIENT LIST:

FOUNDATIONS: The ClimateWorks Foundation, The Energy Foundation, The Hewlett Foundation

Bibek Gurung (he/him), Digital Director

For over a decade, I’ve worked tirelessly with prominent non-profit organizations and advocacy groups because with my background as a refugee and my origins in the Himalayas, a region devastated by the effects of climate change, I see climate justice and social justice as inextricably linked and, above all, urgent. I have helped mold effective digital campaigns and strategies for my clients that have allowed them to increase their reach and impact, interpreting the nuances of an ever-evolving field so that technology acts as a force multiplier, instead of a hindrance.
I’m a quick study, which allows me to onboard onto your operations without missing a beat while also making me a great person to have on a trivia team.

Emily Pomilio (she/her), Communications Director

A vocal proponent of the progressive movement, I’ve dedicated my career to the advancement of climate solutions and social justice issues through successful, strategic communications.

As a consultant with 10+ years of strategic and goal-based communications experience I can help you look at the big picture and distill the tactical work needed in order for you to achieve your goals.

My deep passion and previous experience in the environmental sector allows me to quickly join any campaign or project and execute with flexibility, ease and confidence.

I’m currently based in New York City, but if you ask, yes I’ve probably lived there too.

Laura Comer, (she/her) Campaigner + Organizer

My passion in fostering leadership through practices such as deep listening, political education, strategic training, and feedback has fueled my enthusiasm for strategic planning and engaging communities in meaningful conversations for the last decade. Teaching in the Navajo Nation taught me the crucial value of inclusive processes, ensuring participation and internal change management for success across teams and stakeholders. Recently, I worked as the Associate Organizing Director of NARAL Pro-Choice America (now Reproductive Freedom for All) to build their distributed organizing program.

COLLABORATORS

Izzy Goodman (she/her), Campaigner + Organizer

I have spent over a decade supporting organizing and advocacy programs to get alignment on their internal values so that they can run impactful organizing campaigns. Through my extensive experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse groups, such as partners supporting the Alaska Native Nations, college students fighting for healthcare, and everyday citizens forming local groups to build power for their communities and win lasting change. Currently I’m working within local organizations to structure departments and campaigns by centering social and racial equity in hiring and campaigning.

Passionate about supporting organizations that share a vision of a just future, I am pursuing a Master's of Urban Policy and Leadership at Hunter College focused on building sustainable housing and climate change. I’m based in Brooklyn and when I’m not organizing I enjoy practicing yoga, baking, or playing with my dog, Bailey.
